Rakeback
If you play poker online and you don't get rakeback, you are literally throwing your money away.

What is Rake?
The Rake is fee that is taken out of each pot by the poker room. The rake on any give hand is generally between $1-$5.
What is Rake Back?
Rakeback is essentially a rebate of a percentage of that Rake that is paid back to your poker account at the end of each month. As an example: Say you were to play 5000 hands of poker in a given month and the average rake per hand was $1. This would equal $5000 in rake collected while you were playing that month.
5000*$1 = $5000
Now if there was an average of 5 players at the table through that time than $1000 of that $5000 would be attributed to you.
$5000/5 players = $1000
If you were getting 25% rakeback than you would recieve $250 at the end of the month just for playing.
$1000*25% = $250
